Grill out at home or go out, we are < 1 mi to Cocoa Beach Pier & Port Canaveral, get out & explore!

This is a duplex - so there are two sides. Each side has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a kitchen, living room and a garage full of beach equipment and onsite laundry! We are 2 blocks from the beach which is an amazing place to watch the rocket launches or grab something amazing to eat!
