PRIVATE, fenced-in patio 3 blocks from beach. East side of A1A (important). Parking: 2 vehicles (free), 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 1 bathroom & outside shower. Wagon w/beach gear to enjoy it all without packing it!

Grill out at home or go out, we are < 1 mi to Cocoa Beach Pier & 3 mi to cruise terminals at Port Canaveral, get out & explore! 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a kitchen, living room and a garage full of beach equipment and onsite laundry! We are 2 blocks from the beach which is an amazing place to watch the rocket launches or grab something amazing to eat!

Sunny Delight II is an excellent beach vacation home! I was very impressed with all of the amenities available to make the beach life convenient. From bicycles to beach chairs and a wagon, everything was at our fingertips! Thank you Katie for such a pleasant experience! We would love to stay again sometime!

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus! Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Ausstattung, bei der die Eigentümer wirklich an alles gedacht haben: eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit etwas Kaffee und Wasser im Kühlschrank, Grill im Garten, alles was man für den Strand braucht und sogar ein Arcade Computerspiel im Wohnzimmer, das unserem Großen viel Freude bereitet hat. Die Nachbarschaft ist gut und ruhig, der Strand fußläufig erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir nochmal nach Cape Canaveral kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Had a great stay here! the home is very comfortable and it's a short walk to the beach and some local dive bars. it's great for a weekend beach getaway.

Maison agréable et propre. Bonne communication avec de bons conseils. Climatisation centralisée. Parking facile. Tout le nécessaire pour la plage, même si personnellement nous nous en sommes pas servis . Rien !
