We loved the location, the cute decor and comfortable beds! The owners are very thoughtful and have lots of extras to help you enjoy your stay. We were only here for one night prior to our cruise but will be back sometime in the future! Loved this so much and it was much nicer than a hotel!

Very Clean, well appointed & everything we needed for a relaxing & comfortable stay. Close walk to beach for sunrise & close walk to Banana River to see the sunset. 🌅 Having to leave.

The hosts where brilliant from the moment we booked. Hosts where in contact within the first week and very responsive to any messages or questions asked. The property is a little hidden gem, absolutely amazing and perfect for what we needed it for, the only downside is we couldn't stay any longer! We had a cruise booked and stayed 2 nights at the location, very clean, perfect location, lots of facilities and extras, a family of 4 adults and a 2 year old, don't have a single complaint. Plenty of garages, shops, restaurants, within walking distance plus a beautiful beach within a 5 minute walk. The location of the property is in a normal neighbourhood which is very quiet. Both morning and night we sat with the door open listening to wildlife outside and watching the world go by, we also used the garden facility for games and sitting out. I honestly can't recommend or praise both the hosts and property enough, if you are 50/50 on booking, just book! You won't be disappointed. There is nothing, we would change from our stay.

The whole home was very comfortable and relaxing. I also appreciated the extra accommodations like the coffee and the beach towels we were able to use. I didnt have any problems with the home.

Das Appartement hatte einen außergewöhnlichen Flair. Sehr schöne kleine Details die wunderbar zum Strand- und Surfthema passen. Die Lage ist ruhig und nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Es war alles vorhanden und alles war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super. Da gibt es nichts.

Walking distance to the beach, central location to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.. place was very clean and comfortable and provided everything needed to be as comfortable as I would have been in my own home. . We are looking forward to booking again in the near future. Thank you😁

Location was great. Arrived after dark and felt perfectly safe in the quiet neighborhood. Home was clean. All the necessities were available. Beds were comfortable. Only spent one short night there so cannot comment on going to the beach.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sunny Delight I. The accommodations were more than adequate and exactly as described. Everything was clean and the room smelled great when we arrived.

The home was nicely painted had a specious patio that we used, was clean and brightly painted inside and out had nice washer and dryer and the bathroom was nice with plenty of towels and washcloths, the kitchen had all that we needed and had a nice tv and living room. We recommend highly this house!! It was also close to restaurants that had good tasting food.
